Shuntec’s cotton swab COVID-19 testing throat swab hot forming press is a custom-designed 4-post hydraulic press for our customers from Mexico. The application of the machine is to quickly make the cotton swab throat swab for COVID-19 testing. All parameters including tonnage, stroke, open daylight, and bed sizes are customized to best meet customers’ requirements.

- With a custom bed table height 700 mm above the floor
- Required cylinder stroke 200 mm; Required maximum daylight 300 mm

- With spared electric heaters and thermocouples to work with the forming mold
- Omron heating temperature controller, with 300 degrees centigrade maximum heating temperature
- Calculated ram speed: Approach 120 mm/s; Pressing 10 mm/s; Return 120 mm/s
- Safety mesh shields on left & right & rear sides
- Safety light curtains guarding the front opening of the press
- Double start buttons with the protective cover on the front operating side
