Shuntec's 8-point gib-guided press is more solid, capable of minimizing deflection and resisting external shock, so the moving platen/slide can be guided with exceptional precision. Additionally, our gib-guided press has a particularly outstanding performance in eliminating the off-center load effect.
Because of the gib construction, the overall size of the whole press machine is inherently large compared with the two-post press, 4-post press, and C-frame press. The working area can be custom-enlarged according to specific needs, as long as the rigidity and accuracy of the whole machine are not affected. A larger working area can make the operation more convenient and productive. Stroke and tonnage can also be adapted to address different demands.
